WHAT WE DO
We take on all kinds of repairs, from cracks screens to poor battery life. There isn’t much we can’t fix! In addition, we don’t just limit ourselves to Apple™ products. We repair all brands including, but not limited to: Apple™ , Samsung, HTC, Nokia and Huawei. In addition, due to the size, it is very easy to let your tablet slip out of your hands and that is why we have trained to repair tablets as well as mobile phones. We offer mobile phone unlocking along side our repairs, and a postal service.
We stock a wide range of Samsung & Apple mobile devices, tablets & Apple Watches too, all with our 12 months warranty. We grade our refurbished devices with strict measurements to ensure our customers are happy with the device they receive. Along side this, we can transfer data from you old device so you can be left with a hassle-free service!
We also offer console, controller & Mac repairs. This has been a great addition to our shop and we have already seen many consoles and controllers enter our store damaged and leave repaired and ready to enter more battles & games! A Little Bit About How It All Started:
Owner, Lewis Watson, started repairing devices as a hobby at just 14 years old! He began repairing devices for his friends, family and even his school teachers! His hobby began to grow while attending college, becoming the ‘go-to guy’ for device repairs in college. A lot of students found this very handy to have someone that could repair their device the same day without their parents finding out!
After leaving college, Lewis decided to finance a van so he could offer mobile-mobile repairs, going to customers place of work or home and repairing their device on the spot in his van. This service was very popular and allowed Lewis to expand to open a shop 7 years later in June 2023 where he is now situated (Hythe Village, Southampton). Lewis now has 3 employees working along side him allowing him to offer more services & help customers within the shop.
