Lewis created LWRepairs when he was 14 years old, now 24 years old, Lewis has been providing a professional and fast turnaround service with his company for many years in the local area and has recently taken the step to set up his own shop in Hythe. He has a keen interest in how mobiles function and repairing such devices. His mission is to help the local community with their technology and understanding. He is proud to announce LWRepairs is now able to also offer console, smartwatch & Mac repairs within the shop.

Zack (Head of Sales)
Zack has been working within LWRepairs since 2021. Up until our shop opening, Zack helped organise our new stock, upload items to our website and package any sales ready to be shipped. Since the shop opening, he still participates in these job roles but has also now become a great asset on the shop front helping customers first-hand with any issues with their devices and booking customers in for repair. He vast knowledge of tech helps create an ‘all-around’ great experience for the customer.

Waz (Technician & Assistant Manager)
Waz is our first technician within LWRepairs to work along side Lewis. He started late 2022 and has already become a valuable employee at our premises. He initially assisted with the front shop helping customers with quotes & providing other assistance, which he still regularly enjoys to do, but he has recently completed his phone & tablet repair training. He is now able to repair many of the refurbished devices that we sell with 12 months warranty. He is looking forward to learning console & Mac repairs in the near future.

Owen (Customer Service Assistant)
Owen, our newest starter, is already a key part of LWRepairs. He has already helped many customers that have entered our shop with tech-related issues. He also helps assist customers with any other advice they require with a jargon-free approach. Owen is looking forward to learning to repair devices to become a technician at LWRepairs and to be able to help customers with more technical issues.
